Since you ask, Some comments for you to improve: The air Condition was on when we arrived to the room, it was cold. We switch it off but still it was cold the whole night in the room, was there maybe a central air condition still on? Sheets looked old.

"Horrible experience with my dog and overall "
I was very disappointed with this hotel. Most of the staff was rude and did not accommodate that I did not speak French. I brought my dog with me and paid for the pet fee. This hotel claims to be dog friendly however, they were unfriendly when I needed a fridge for my dog food. On the first night, they claimed the fridge was unavailable because of Covid-19 which I understood. The woman at the reception gave me ice to use for the evening but it melted very quickly. When I asked for more, she rolled her eyes at me and was nasty but ended up giving me more ice. About an hour later, my family and I needed to connect to the wifi but it did not work. When we went to the front desk to ask for help, the man was rude and did not solve our problem. He actually said that we were “making our problem his problem.” The next day, I had an ant infestation in my room. I went to the reception to ask for more ice and to inform them of my ant infestation, but they were so bad at English that they did not understand me. They asked me to use google translate on my phone but my wifi did not work so I could not use it. They ended up putting my dog food in the fridge but although we ended up discussing the ant infestation, no one came to fix it. In the evening, I went back to get my dog food from the reception and when I went to put it back, the man was rude and said he couldn’t take it. I said that they took it before and that they need to learn to be more consistent with their accommodations. When we asked for ice since they would not take the food, the man at reception gave us 3 ice cubes. My husband and I went back together to the reception. The man and woman at reception yelled and screamed at us in French, waved their arms all because we wanted ice. After a huge altercation, the woman finally gave us ice. I found this hotel extremely unacceptable and unfriendly. I would never recommend this hotel or stay here again. Not only were they unfriendly about the dogfood but they had an ant infestation they didn’t fix, our air conditioner was broken and made huge soaked spots on the carpet, and in addition, the wifi did not even work.

"Perfect for this price"
The room is small but enough for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff, super clean rooms, neat and everything looks quite new.. Breakfast was not very much choice but doable in itself
