Hoteliers are mobilizing to accompany you, whether you are forced to give up your trip or are forced to maintain it for professional or personal reasons.  

More flexible conditions :  
For bookings made on the www.theoriginalshotels.com website or on the website of one of our hotels, which must stay no later than April 30, 2020, you can postpone your stay in the form of a credit note for the value of your initial booking. This credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of arrival of the initial stay, regardless of your booking conditions.

If you have booked through a travel agency, online booking platform or other channel, you can only postpone or cancel your booking through them. We invite you to contact them directly. 

Your health, our priority during your stay :  
Many hotels remain open during this period to accommodate those of you who cannot postpone your trip for personal and professional reasons. 
Rest assured that the hotels have taken the necessary hygiene measures to welcome you safely. 
Due to exceptional circumstances, a number of our establishments are forced to slow down their activity significantly or even close temporarily. Do not hesitate to contact them before your stay, they will be better able to confirm the services available to you on site.
