You are also informed that the hotel, as Data Controller, processes data for the purpose of managing and monitoring your reservation and stay. These processing activities are based on the performance of contractual or pre-contractual measures required for booking accommodation.

Data is retained for the duration of the contract, extended by any applicable legal or regulatory retention periods. The collected data will be disclosed exclusively for the purposes defined above and only to the following recipients: the Société Européenne d’Hôtellerie (The Originals Human Hotels & Resorts), service providers or subcontractors involved in part or all of the identified processing activities, and, where applicable, competent authorities (administrative, judicial, or law enforcement) due to a legal obligation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the hotel.
