All about the Sanitary Pass for your next stay

In spite of the new rules concerning the health pass in France, our hotels do their best to welcome you in the best conditions

What are our infrastructures/services impacted?

These new rules only apply to hotels located in France.
While a valid health pass is not required for accommodation, breakfast, room service and take-out, it will be required for access to :
- the restaurant and bar (indoor and outdoor)
- the Spa, the gym and the swimming pool (indoor and outdoor)
- the seminar rooms, for 50 people or more.
- indoor and outdoor reception areas
We remind you that for the safety of all, the rules of respect for barrier gestures and physical distancing remain the norm within our establishments.

What is the health pass ?
It does not indicate the vaccination status of a person but informs on the fact that he/she fulfills one of the 3 following conditions allowing him/her to access certain places:

  • a complete vaccination schedule (1 or 2 doses depending on the vaccine + the sufficient number of days after the last dose, between 7 and 14 days depending on the vaccine).
  • a negative test (RT-PCR or antigenic) less than 72 hours old.
  • a positive RT-PCR test showing recovery of Covid-19 that is at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

Your proof can be submitted in paper or digital format (via the "All AntiCovid" application). Our hoteliers only have access to the indication of whether or not your pass is valid.

Who are the people concerned by the health pass ?

  • Since August 09: adults over 18 years old.
  • From September 30th: children from 12 to 17 years old.

In the hotel, which infrastructures/services are affected by the health pass?

it is mandatory to access :

  • the restaurant, the breakfast room and the bar (indoor and outdoor)
  • the Spa, the gym and the swimming pool (indoor and outdoor)
  • the seminar rooms, accommodating 50 people or more.
  • indoor and outdoor reception areas

However, it is not mandatory for :

  • accommodation only
  • breakfast in the room dedicated
  • room service and take-out

Our hoteliers in France are obliged to apply these rules under penalty of sanctions that can go as far as the closure of their establishment. They will do everything possible to ensure that this has the least possible impact on your stay. We thank you for facilitating their approach by acceding to their requests with kindness
