The Château de Beaulieu et Magnolia Spa, The Originals Relais has a family history that started in 1976. The year in which Jean-Pierre and Loraine Lozay bought the eighteenth century mansion nestled in 3 hectares of lush greenery on the slopes of the Cher River, in Joué-les-Tours, near Tours. The chef and the former Scottish stewardess had a great project in mind: make this place a gastronomic and relaxing stopover. A success that has lasted more than 30 years. “Our hotel offers a luxury setting but here, it is the atmosphere and family spirit that prevail”, says Jean-Marc who succeeded his father running the 3-star establishment. Since 2006, he and his wife Estelle have continued the tradition of this house and offer their guests the quality of welcome and the legacy that has been passed on to them. Take a step back in time at the Centre de Création Contemporaine Olivier Debré, opened in 2017, which sets the pace for the most cutting-edge creations. To get some nature, cross the street to get to the banks of the Loire and take a seat at the Tours-sur-Loire guinguette which, from May to September, takes over the banks with a festive programme (concerts, open-air cinema, dance classes, etc.).
