At the helm of La Ferme Blanche, The Originals Relais, Dany Deleval now oversees the management of the property alongside her son Kevin, who is fully dedicated to the restaurant. For this family from Northern France, passing on know-how and tradition comes naturally. “We launched La Ferme Blanche in 2010 after spending 27 years running a restaurant in Lille,” says Dany Deleval. Nestled in the countryside of the Lille metropolitan area, in Lompret, Hôtel La Ferme Blanche, The Originals Relais harmoniously unfolds its historic buildings around a charming square courtyard. On one side, the semi-gastronomic restaurant; on the other, nine rooms with a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.
For this 3-star boutique hotel, deeply rooted in their home region of Hauts-de-France, Dany and Kevin Deleval are full of ideas. “Since taking over, we have renovated and expanded our bar and restaurant areas, as well as our last barn, covering 200 sqm, to host all types of events (seminars, weddings, private receptions). We have also developed our kitchen garden, which now spans 1,500 sqm, to promote short supply chains and offer our own vegetables, garden herbs, beehives, and chicken coop.”
The gourmet delicatessen Food Court & Co also opened in May 2021 in the town center of Lompret. New projects are currently in development and will soon further enhance the experience offered to our guests.
