In Maussane-les-Alpilles, in the heart of a preserved Provençal landscape, Charles and Blandine welcome you to their hotel with the spirit of a family home, where every detail reflects a rich and unique journey. Trained as a landscape engineer, she first worked for ten years as a landscape architect before turning to hospitality, catering, and event planning, between the Jura and Paris. For the past twenty years, she has also been a farmer, having taken over the family farm. Today, she brings together all these experiences to serve this place: a management style that is both exacting and warm, a keen eye for spatial design, and a finely tuned sense of personalized service and hospitality. Here, each stay is designed as a moment of comfort and serenity, in a setting that is refined, natural, and welcoming. More than just a 3-star hotel, it is an open, vibrant, human-scale home, where people come seeking authenticity and friendliness—and often return. A place with a soul, shaped by those who bring it to life.

The hotel's restaurant is only open for dinner (a light snack can be offered for lunch). Whether in the dinning-room or on the terrace, you will appreciate the flavours of a traditional cuisine from Provence, refined and based on fresh and local products to be complemented, why not, by an aperitif or cocktail available at the bar. At breakfast, it's facing the swimming-pool or the garden that you will soak up the sun and the flavours. The buffet offers all the necessary to fill your plates copiously with home-made cakes, honey, jams, fougasse bread and local fruits.

THE VAL BAUSSENC

In order to "correctly attend to our customers", Blandine and Charles have decided limit their restaurant's seating to 35. Here, the village's vendors receive all the honours: the vegetables, fish, bread and wines all come from them. "We collect the thyme ourselves in the Alpilles and grow our own verbena in the garden" . Provence in the heart and Provence in the plate with, namely, a home-made tapenade and the bull tenderloin with Beaume de Venise muscat, "which is particularly appreciated for its very tender meat" .
