The hospitality, cleanliness and comfort. Welcome to Patricia and Frédéric Chaplain’s hotel.
“Simple relations, quality services.”
Patricia and Frédéric long dreamt of joining the hotel industry and they’re now at the helm of the Hôtel Azur, in Fos-sur-Mer! Located in a residential area, not far from the town centre, the sea and the major roads, their two-star hotel is full of warmth and friendliness. “We like to meet guests from all walks of life and every country,” smile the couple. With 18 personalised, practical rooms, their establishment offers a secure car park and exceptional peace behind its Provençal façades. And there’s more. “Attentiveness and comfort ” says Patricia. “And, most importantly, good hospitality in a warm, family-run hotel,” adds Frédéric!
The Hôtel Azur’s 18 rooms offer simple, quality services. Sometimes small, they remain warm, practical and comfortable. Each boasts a personalised decor. These rooms are split between two buildings with space for up to four people. They all come with air conditioning, a fridge and a small safe.
Once you’ve made your choice from the buffet, you’ll enjoy your breakfast in the lovely dining room at the Hôtel Azur or outside on the covered terrace. Patricia and Frédéric will suggest two dinner options: a visit to the “neighbour” who will fill you up in their brasserie-pizzeria or a meal by the waterside at a seafront partner. Patricia and Frédéric preside over their hotel bar, serving up cold drinks and coffee at any time of day.
Whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure, the Hôtel Azur in Fos-sur-Mer makes for a welcoming and relaxing break on Camargue’s doorstep.
Beautiful Camargue! Take the Barcarin ferry to roam this “country” of culture and traditions. The Mediterranean beaches await too, not to mention Bouches-du-Rhône’s standout cities: the melting pot of Marseille, the southern crossroads of Arles and Baux-de-Provence, perched on its eyrie.
Thank you, it was a good stay! Just small (subjective) feedback: would be nice to add some more different products to the breakfast, like scrumble eggs/omelet, some more cheese, or something like that. However, it was nice, thank you!
Small hotel well located, quiet, clean and with dedicated and very pleasant staff
