At Côté Jardin, the terrace restaurant open during the warm season, offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. LA TABLE DE PAULINE

With the Maître restaurateur label, the young chef Vianney Massignac exalts the flavours of Provence. He has skilfully captured the spirit of the region. Imaginative and bold, with at times surprising flavour combinations, the chef creates delicate dishes such as this einkorn wheat risotto, served with mushrooms and red wine veal sauce, or the rack of lamb from Sisteron smoked with thyme and served with a parsnip purée and butternut squash. With the support of the consulting and Michelin star chef Pascal Ginoux, Vianney Massignac has been awarded a "Toque" by Gault et Millau.
