Mikaël comes from a line of hoteliers and restaurateurs, and is delighted to welcome you to his family home just outside Chartres, an intimate hotel with just 13 rooms. Tucked away amidst the greenery, this charming hotel is the perfect place for recharging your batteries: whether you choose reading in the sunshine on the terrace, long walks or cycles in the forest, or enjoying the views across the Perche nature park’s lush and verdant valley over dinner, guests here never fail to experience a wonderful sense of contentment. Their palates, too, are in for a treat: experienced chef Jérôme Bonnin is passionate about preparing traditional dishes using regional produce.
