Burgundy's hospitality, Auxerre's charm and conviviality. Authenticity gives this lovely old home a true power of seduction. Welcome to Sylvie Ramisse and her daughter Laura's place.
After having worked in the luxury hotel industry for several years, Sylvie is familiar with all of its rules. Here, in the heart of Auxerre, she took-over the family hotel and applied those values to give this beautiful noble residence a timeless elegance. Sylvie wanted The Originals Boutique, Hotel Normandie, Auxerre to remain a very simple hotel with a preserved authenticity. The welcome is, first and foremost, cordial. As for the service, it is without reproach. The 47 air-conditioned rooms display a style which successfully combines charm, modernity and originality. "It's a 3 star which has remained family-oriented and warm", recalls Sylvie. And mostly comfortable and extremely practical. Indeed, for the team, it is important that the "customers feel at home or even better".
The hotel must reflect the warmth of the Burgundy region's hospitality. And as Sylvie also wished for every guest to enjoy a personalised welcome, each of the 47 rooms is unique. Each, with its own personality, can accommodate 1 to 5 people. And successfully combines modernity and authenticity. Comfort equipment, a modern style and contemporary touches: the room is dedicated to the well-being of its guest. The atmosphere is friendly.
- Non smoking room
- Air-conditioned room
To get off to the right start, a copious breakfast buffet is served in a pleasant dining-room or on the terrace. Sylvie wants to showcase regional products, especially the delicious cheeses. Conviviality continues at the bar lounge or, in the evening, on the lovely terrace where one can relax amongst friends or colleagues. A cosy atmosphere for moments of happiness.
Nestled in the heart of Auxerre, The Originals Boutique, Hotel Normandie, Auxerre is an invitation to rest and relaxation, and also provides the occasion to enjoy Burgundy's advantages.
AUXERREAuxerre, the capital of Haute-Bourgogne and birthplace of Cadet Roussel, contains true gems. LEISUREAfter a long day of sight-seeing or work, a fitness centre lets you stay in shape. It offers a treadmill, a rowing machine and a WaterRower weight bench. The hotel's sauna also invites you to disconnect and relax.
