After having worked in the luxury hotel industry for several years, Sylvie is familiar with all of its rules. Here, in the heart of Auxerre, she took-over the family hotel and applied those values to give this beautiful noble residence a timeless elegance. Sylvie wanted The Originals Boutique, Hotel Normandie, Auxerre to remain a very simple hotel with a preserved authenticity. The welcome is, first and foremost, cordial. As for the service, it is without reproach. The 47 air-conditioned rooms display a style which successfully combines charm, modernity and originality. "It's a 3 star which has remained family-oriented and warm", recalls Sylvie. And mostly comfortable and extremely practical. Indeed, for the team, it is important that the "customers feel at home or even better".

Auxerre, the capital of Haute-Bourgogne and birthplace of Cadet Roussel, contains true gems.
