Éric is convinced that the best way to start the day is with a hearty breakfast. A buffet awaits guests in a beautiful dining room every single morning, served between 06:30 and 10:00 on weekdays and 07:30 and 10:30 on weekends. Breakfast can also be taken in guests’ rooms, or out on the terrace. For lunch and dinner, the team of this charming hotel will be able to recommend a gourmet restaurant nearby. "Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast"

The staff was Friesland. The room was ok. The shower did not drain. When we mentoren this we were offeren apotheek shower. De breakbeat was superb. Because of a problem at home we had to leave one night eerlijk. For that we we offered free breakfast. The hotel is situatie in a nice quilt streek naar the centre, with free parking space.

"Comfortable stay"

Second stay at the hotel. Allocated us a double room but this was immediately rectified. Were collecting a motorhome which we were allowed to park on the premises for a night

"Very Good"

We found the hotel clean ,comfortable,very easy access to everything.The staff were kind and very helpful .The food was very good,restaurant and bar bright and clean.We would very happily recommend .

"Most pleasant stay!"

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent for the cost and staff kept it replenished. Beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic!

SENS

Sens is the gateway to Burgundy. It is also a lovely town located on the banks of the Yonne river. A visit here is a must, as it is home to two absolute gems in the form of the Saint-Etienne cathedral and the synodal palace, both of which are testament to the grandeur of the town in times gone by. The ancient town centre retains the charm of half-timbered houses and stately homes, and the boulevards that have replaced ramparts to encircle the town simply cry out for visitors to indulge in a wander.

Less than 1 hour away from Sens is the capital of Lower Burgundy, Auxerre, which is just waiting for you to explore it. The home town of Cadet Roussel, it is also home to an incredible cathedral and, best of all, the acclaimed Abbey of Saint-Germain d'Auxerre, where you will find the oldest frescoes in France. Auxerre is also an active port on the Yonne waterway, and the starting point for the Nivernais canal. In the surrounding region a plethora of wonderful walks are to be had in the rolling countryside, which is full of fields, forests, vineyards and orchards.
