What our customers say
I liked the hotel. Very friendly staff, nice location and very french breakfast
"Calm and conveniently placed for business trips"
The hotel is compact, quiet and well placed (walking distance from the CoE and EP); not too far from the city centre, either.
Liked the good value breakfast at €7. Nice to have a comfortable area to meet in the evening. Friendly staff. Air conditioning quiet
"Staying with your family"
I have stayed at the Princes hotel for the second time and I have enjoyed it even more! It is a very nice and cozy place in a comfortable location. The personnel are extremely helpful, polite and carrying. I strongly recommend this wonderful place!
"Satisfying experience "
The reception staff are nice, able to speak english, I arrived too early so they offered an early check-in for 20€ and i took it. The room space is bigger than French standard, the bathroom is sparkling clean. The air conditioning is fair to good. The only disadvantage is that there isn’t a fridge inside the room. At the end I recommend to stay.
"Comfortable hotel, excellent staff, very pleasant location"
I stayed at this hotel when I was in Strasbourg for a meeting at the Council of Europe. It was conveniently located for where I needed to go (which was not in the city centre). Although the hotel is not in the heart of the city, it was very easy to access the city centre by tram, bus, or even on foot on a nice day. The room was clean and comfortable, although it lacked some of the amenities found in many hotels (e.g., ironing board, refrigerator). The staff were very helpful and communicated easily in English and German, as well as French.
"Amazing staff, really stepped up and helped us out"
During our recent stay my husband fell ill. Barbara on the front desk was fantastic, arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel, explaining how it all worked, then wrestling with the frustrating pushback she was receiving when arranging for his ambulance transport to Clinique Saint-Anne. As we were rolling out the door she was calling "you sure you don't want us to keep the room for you?" I should have said yes. The entire front desk staff rocked, throughout our short stay I had frequent questions about local pharmacies, other markets, etc. Trying to support my husband through this and everyone was always very patient and very helpful. THANK YOU!
