The calm and comfort of a hotel steeped in history, right opposite the train station. Welcome to the world of Dominique and Christian Roche.
"Knowing how to welcome our guests, exchanging and sharing with them to offer a quality service."
Dominique and Christian are very proud of their hotel. “It’s the only hotel in Le Havre with a real history, built in the nineteenth century.” This is indeed rare when we consider that 80% of the town was destroyed in 1944. The history of the Norman city is also told through the collectors’ posters of the Transatlantique given pride of place in the bar area. Dominique and Christian took up the reins of this establishment in the early ‘90s. Becoming hoteliers was all about seizing an opportunity for them, and they quickly learned to love this job, which allows them to come into contact with so many different people. "You always have to believe in yourself, often question yourself and really listen to guests’ comments. Their satisfaction is our greatest reward. We really want people to "feel at home", a phrase often employed by our regulars."
