What our customers say
"Issues with air conditioning"
We stayed 2 separate nights, a week apart. The hotel was handily placed a short distance from both train stations. The first night, we were in a very comfortable room across the inner garden. The shower was lovely! The second night, we were in a room at the front, on the 4th floor, which wasn’t quite so nice. We had problems with the air conditioner - first it wasn’t working and then, in the middle of the night, it was too cold and we weren’t able to adjust it as the controls didn’t seem to be working. As it was the middle of the night, we just put up with it, but didn’t sleep very well.
"Not so good"
The air-conditioning was not working and was not fixed inspite of our complaint. The bathroom door could not be shut. Our room was on the first floor and there was no lift in our wing. Only positives; the room was clean and very close to Gare De l'est station.
"My 7th stay but was a bit disappointed"
This was my 7th stay - and I think I WILL probably go again. This time I thought they had maybe overbooked as the woman took some time to find a room and then we got the disabled room on the ground floor of the annexe 204. It was Ok but the "wet room" style shower for a wheelchair made water go all over the floor, sink and loo area - we had to use all out towels both days to mop up. Hence this time I felt it was ore expensive.
