They breathed new life into an old farm in Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, which they converted into a 3-star hotel and restaurant located 45 km south of Clermont-Ferrand, within the protected nature area of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. Over the years, they added on to the buildings, which now boast 32 guest rooms, a unique open-kitchen restaurant, and several conference rooms.
