From his career with major hotel brands, Rémi built up a deep knowledge of the industry. It was as a seasoned professional that he embarked on the adventure of independent hospitality in 2020.
“I signed the agreement the day before the first lockdown!” the hotelier still recalls.
Those chaotic beginnings may have shaken his enthusiasm, but they never dimmed his belief in the potential of his 3-star establishment, The Originals Résidence Appart’Hôtel Les Lauréades.
