"Renovated room with a balcony"

We arrived late at Vichy - around 11 pm but the reception is open 24h so it was not a problem to check in - and were happy to find our Comfort room being renovated, clean and with a nice ambiance, and color tones. They also have a restaurant, room service and breakfast. Staff is friendly. We just spent one night, but I would strongly recommend it.

"Perfect for what we needed"

We were staying for a single night while we waited for our car to head into Bordeaux and onto a wedding. The hotel is the perfect place if you want a simple place to sleep without breaking the bank. The room was lovely and clean and although a little small it was perfect of the single night, wouldn't have minded a couple of nights there. The only issue we had was there were no cups or milk for tea/coffee in the room despite their being facilities to make such but when we mentioned it to staff they were very helpful in rectifing this.

Those here for the thermal waters, walkers and Grand Café clients mingle in this park in the heart of spa town and society life planted with horse chestnuts and plane trees around Napoleon I’s decreed springs. It contains elegant Art Nouveau covered walkways and a bandstand designed by Émile Robert as well as the old Grand Casino: the focus of Vichy life.

Admire the Vichy springs building. It contains the Grande Grille which emerges at 40°C, the Chomel spring (41°C) and the Hôpital (33°C). The Parc and Lucas springs emerge at just 24°C while the Célestins is at 21.5°C. All six are captured in the springs building metal and glass lobby in Les Sources Park.

MOULINS: THE NATIONAL THEATRE COSTUME CENTRE

This unique centre is in the Villars area and was built at the end of the eighteenth century. It was created to conserve and develop costumes and fabric used as decor from the Paris National Opera, the Department of Performing Arts at the National Library of France and the Comédie-Française. The centre houses over 10,000 costumes, the oldest of which date back to the second half of the nineteenth century. An exhibition devoted to dancer Rudolf Nureyev (1938-1993) features stage costumes and personal items among other things.
