“I want every customer to have a special and complete sensory experience,” says Morgan, who is currently leading The Originals Boutique, Hotel Le Lion d'Or, Fougères West. Morgan took over the family business, a real institution in Saint-Brice-en-Coglès since 1978, and brought it into the twenty-first century. Because this 3-star hotel in Saint Brice-en-Cogles located on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel now has a beautiful heated pool and a beautiful wellness area. With 42 rooms, a gourmet restaurant and a brasserie, the hotel offers its guests real moments of happiness in Brittany. “The welcoming tradition we cultivate here is based on warmth, authenticity and humanity,” comments Morgan.

LE SURCOUF

Stephane Thieurmel, the chef, assisted by Adrien Poullain, offers a culinary experience ranging from traditional to gourmet. The specialities are seafood, the beautiful fish native to our coast available according to the season. As for meat, the chef selects the best pieces of Limousin breeds, raised locally or beautiful poultry from our countryside. “It’s all about finesse and accuracy of flavours... The kitchen, Adrien notes, is marked by a chain of details where a level of demand and precision each have their place.”

Le Chateaubriand offers traditional cuisine. It is an elegant space, brasserie style, with 230 seats in 4 rooms. The warm welcome and service give this bistro a delicious charm.

"Nice Place to go"

Having requested a ground floor room in a quiet setting, we were very happy with our room. All was very clean and comfortable. Our only gripe was with the drinks dispenser (Tassimo) as there were no instructions on how to use. All staff were very polite except on check out the man was quite brusque.

"Nice stay ! "

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The food in the restaurant is simply excellent as well as the choice of wines. One little remark, the cleaning of the room was not every day as clean as it should have been.

"Beautiful boutique Hotel "

We only stayed for 1 night but we loved it. Beautifully presented, very high standard for a 3 stars Hotel, very big room, big modern bathroom and separate toilette. Very dog friendly, we got a room with garden access

PRIORITY TO WELLNESS

To relax, the “Form” space is a place dedicated to wellness. It has a fitness room, a swimming pool heated to 28°C all year long, with beach and sun loungers, and a sauna equipped with a “sanarium” option (sauna and steam room combined). Also unwind and relax in the colourful park filled with trees and flowers. With an area of approximately 2,000 m², it is composed of different atmospheres: Zen in the Japanese garden where you can rest on deckchairs; games at the garden level for children, and boules pitch; finally, a relaxing atmosphere for a walk between the landscaped scenery of the garden.
