Hostellerie Sainte-Cécile The Originals Relais (Relais du Silence)
The Hostellerie Sainte-Cécile, The Originals Relais is a family story. "My parents opened the establishment in 1978. So I have been immersed in this environment since I was very young. After studying decorative arts, I chose to take over the business. That was in 1993. And since then, the beautiful façade of this building of pure Gaumaise tradition and its lyre painted on it (a reference to Saint Cecilia, patron saint of musicians), still serves as a landmark for tourists passing through the Semois Valley, for lovers of the calm of the Belgian countryside and for gourmets, curious to discover the gastronomic cuisine offered by a chef who is always inspired. "The welcome, the comfort, the feeling of well-being, good food, good service, good humour... For us, the hotel business is a whole", explains the director of this charming 3-star hotel in the Province of Luxembourg.
