What our customers say
"Good basic accomadation "
We were surprised to find the hotel in an industrial estate opposite an industrial recycling plant . We had chosen the hotel as dog friendly and thought there was a lake and walk behind the hotel . However not possible to walk round and debris human and rivbisg around - so tricky with dogs for letting out . That said although hotel very tired and needing care on outside , the room was clean and comfortable and the the food and staff very helpful and pleasant .
We have stayed at this hotel before it was taken over and found it good. Unfortunately since then we have not found it so. We arrived on Sunday to be told that there was no dinner to be served as the kitchen was closed. We then had to find an alternative restaurant but after you have driven a few hundred miles and be told that and not be warned in advance is not good. If we had been informed when booking we would have cancelled.
Really good value for money at a convenient location. My wife and I stopped there on Sunday 5th May on our drive from Barcelona, so we chose this hotel for its location. We stopped there many times a few years ago and I am pleased to say it was as good as ever. We had a slight hiccup checking in as originally the man couldn't find our booking but that was sorted very quickly. Thank you.
A few kilometres from Rouen and just one hour from Paris, the hotel has a fully equipped seminar room that benefits from natural light.
